Who we are. Cadrer AI is made by Jalal Najafi (Portugal, EU). Contact: [email protected].

On your device. The camera image, your photos, shot history and preferences are processed on your iPhone or Apple Vision Pro and are not sent to us. The app saves photos to your library with add-only access and cannot read the rest of your library.

Help Improve Cadrer (optional, off by default). Only if you turn it on in Settings, the app sends feedback to our server at api.cadrerai.com, which runs on our own computer in Portugal (EU) and is reached over HTTPS through Cloudflare's network:

• Usage statistics (level 1): which suggestions you kept or retook, the capture mode, shot type, pose ids and the review score.
• Photo features (level 2): additionally, numeric features computed on your device (an image embedding and body keypoint positions). Never the photo itself.

We use this to measure and improve the coaching and to train our models. Uploads are tied only to a random install id created by the app, not to your name, account, Apple ID, device id or IP address, and are never used for advertising or tracking or sold. Requests are verified with Apple's App Attest so only the genuine app can send data.

Retention and deletion. Feedback is kept for up to 24 months. You can turn feedback off at any time (queued data on the device is deleted) and request deletion of everything sent from your install in Settings › Help Improve Cadrer; the server deletes it and keeps only a salted hash of the install id as proof of the request.

Your rights (GDPR). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. You may ask for access, deletion or more information at the contact above and complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

Processors. Cloudflare, Inc. carries the encrypted connection to our server. No analytics or advertising SDKs.

Children. The app is not directed at children under 13.

Changes. We will update this page and the app's privacy label before any change in what is collected.
